"My wife and I recently stayed at The Langham Hotel in Jakarta. I’ve had the good fortune to stay at many 5-star hotels including Ritz Carltons, Shangri-Las, Conrads, etc. and four other 5-star hotels in Jakarta but this was the first time I’ve stayed at a Langham. I can honestly say that, based on my experience, The Langham is truly in a category of its own. Five stars aren’t enough. The facilities are spotless, every dish I tried at their restaurants was outstanding, and the spa is beautiful...

"Excellent staff: very helpful and responsive. Great location next to a shopping mall that has a food hall with wide variety of foods on offer at very cheap prices, plus some more up-market restaurants. Wide range of shops including a useful supermarket. Taxis readily available in the area, allowing you to get straight on to major north-south and east-west arterial roads. The Light Rapid Transit (train) passes close by, as do Transjakarta buses. We felt that the kitchen was not very well equipped...

"فندق رائع غني عن التعريف يستحق الزيارة"

"It is close to the city center, making it convenient for traveling, and the staff are friendly."

"Amazing staff and they try their best to take care of you and your stay. Location is great, accross from pacific mall and next to weekend market location. Double thumbs up to discovery family"

"Extreme disaster! Floor not clean properly, no toilet roll, bedsheets were old and not cleaned; I could literally see blood stains and many other stains on pillow cases, bedsheet, blanket! WORST THING THAT HAPPENED WAS THE BED WAS INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! If I have not been prudent, I would have been beaten by the bugs! Booked for 2 nights, but checked out after one night!"
