Really terrific small hotel, with lovely ambiance and beautifully appointed rooms.
Excellent food served in extremely attractive dining area. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
Absolutely fantastic stay at The Kildrummy Inn. The rooms are beautiful and furnished to the highest standard of quality. The food is excellent and so is the service.
Fantastic stay. Lovely room decor, food in restaurant was first class and the service from the staff was also superb. Enjoyed a wonderful evening with some whisky in the snug to finish with. Highly recommended.
We stayed here for 1 night on a Sunday. Absolutey 5 stars!! Service is quite simply outstanding and the innkeepers went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor is stunning. We had a room at the back which we absolutely loved - huge bathroom!! The whisky snug, the hallway, the restaurant are all gorgeous and immaculate. Don't hesitate, just book it!!
We chose this property for its proximity to the Highland Games we were attending. The property looked nice on the website, and we saw that it had a restaurant, but everything about it exceeded our expectations! The room was beautiful (our compliments to the decorator) and we loved the Victorian high tank toilet. Each course of the meal was more amazing than the last, and from the awards on the wall I suppose we should not have been surprised. Our hosts were exceptional and we loved learning about the whiskey lockers!
Everything about our stay was perfect, the food was delicious, the room was beautiful and our hosts looked after us from the moment we arrived. The whisky snug was a great way to finish our evening after a fantastic meal. The refurbishment of the inn has been done to such a high standard - it was really stunning. Would thoroughly recommend.
KillDreamy Inn is an absolute 5-star experience and truly exceeded every expectation we had. We originally booked through Hotels.com, guided by the glowing reviews of previous travelers, but nothing could have prepared us for just how special this place is.
The inn combines quirky Scottish character with thoughtful modern renovation. You can feel the depth of its history in every corner, and at the same time, you can feel the love and care in every single detail. The rooms are beautifully designed with rich, warm tones, the lounge invites you to relax with a nightcap or a good book, and the main dining room is a delight. The food was excellent, breakfast was delicious, and the manager made us feel so welcome throughout our stay.
Although it feels tucked away, the location is actually very convenient for exploring nearby historical sites and charming towns.
We would return in a heartbeat — and will absolutely be bringing friends and family with us next time. Highly, highly recommended!
A most comfortable and hospitable unique country inn - there are very few now left in the area-with excellent food, staff and service representing good value for money. The inn has received many deserved accolades for its cuisine and service. There are also 4 miles of trout and salmon fishing on the Upper Don making an ideal fishing break.
This was an amazing place to stay out away from any real close towns. The food was excellent- not cheap but well worth the cost! The service was outstanding! I can not say enough good things!
Alles in Allem-SUPER!
Sehr empfehlenswert.

The hospitality of the owners was excellent, very friendly and welcoming and exceptionally helpful. We had booked an evening meal and was truly not disappointed as the food was good excellent, having already experienced Michelin star restaurants I would have to say that the food was very much in the same league.
I was cycling very early in the morning for the Etape Royale and would have missed breakfast but they kindly left me cereal. My husband dropped me off and returned for his breakfast which he said was out of this world and complimented the chef several times.
If I had to pick out one downside to the stay it would have to be the bed, it was not comfortable at all. I hardly slept and my back was aching in the morning my husband also felt the same, a new mattress would benefit this room immensely.
Overall excellent hospitality and food.
