Very enjoyable stay.

Really friendly staff, room was very clean just found the bed slightly uncomfortable. Ni food was being served but will be back again. Perfectly located visiting all tourist attractions.

Well located with free parking. They did not serve any breakfast due to COVID rules which meant we had to go around town to find some breakfast. Like that there is a shower in the en-suite much better than a bath. The TV was extremely small and there could have been more plugs in the room. Would stay there again

L'emplacement était parfait et la chambre était d'une propreté exemplaire. Malgré l'enregistrement qui devait se faire au bar, nous n'avons eu aucun problème majeur. De plus, grand stationnement juste de l'autre côté de la rue qui est gratuit.

Room was above pub bar and was noisy, and as there’s takeaways near by it was busy with people and traffic. We asked for an extra pillow but couldn’t oblige so went to retail park to purchase. As for breakfast the menu was very limited. Staff very friendly though.

The property was nice and clean. Great location for Loch Lomond! Breakfast available with the property and that was okay, although nothing special. The staff were welcoming enough, but I wouldn’t go as far as to call them “friendly”.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Belegschaft. Einziger Negativpunkt im großen Zimmer war das furchtbare Bett... schmal und kaum existente Polsterung. Nach einer heißen Dusche und leckerem Frühstück aber rasch vergessen.

Ett mysigt lokalt hotell. Stora fina hotellrum. Fräscht badrum. Rent och snyggt. Sköna sängar. Engelsk frukost fanns att köpa till. Flera restauranger och pubar i närheten. En mysig promenad längs vattnet. Gratis parkering precis utanför hotellet.

Room was superb except for a ridiculously small TV. Bathroom was clean and modern. Bed comfortable. No lift which made it slightly awkward when carrying large amounts of luggage. However was not inclined to use the pub due to its clientele who made us feel uneasy.

The location was really convenient for the event that I was participating in but I felt the price was not good value for the accomodation. The room was clean but duvet cover had stains on it and so did spare pillows. No guaranteed parking and breakfast not open until 9am. Price was at a premium due to Swim event. Perfectly pleasant but not likely to stay again.

Great place to put your head down for the night

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly. We only spent a single night here and left early in the morning so didn't have a chance to try the breakfast.

First room we were given was very smoky so first impressions were off. The staff got us another room which was ok but not great. The main problem was the bathroom. Very low water flow in the bathroom with no soap and paper bath mats made it feel like a very low budget room. If they would put a little more effort into this it would have been much better

Big room

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Although it’s above a pub you couldn’t hear any noise from it at all. A little bit of TV noise from the room next door but nothing major. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate but was really good and worth paying extra for.
