"I had the privilege of getting checked in by Michelle. She was friendly, courteous, informative, and genuinely made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I haven’t experience this type of customer service in year. I will definitely book her again and refer others."

"The "breakfast" was sorely lacking. No juices and the original waffle batter was empty. Also, no one was around to correct these issues."
Four Points by Sheraton Alexandria

"Room was not ready at 3, and had to wait 15 minutes. Was not happy, as we wanted to get settled in and had to head out. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the next morning. My wife got waffles, strawberries, and cream, though out of strawberries. We were just turned off by the staff all together."

"Family move to another room. Toilet in 404 constantly running. However room 306 was perfect. I went to move my stuff from 404 and fix the toilet flapper so ur water bill wouldn’t be high because no maintenance personnel was available to stop water from running all night"
