"I arrived at 12:30 waited 5min at the desk for someone to come to desk , when they came they told me I couldn’t check in until 1pm company policy! And no they weren’t busy so I went to find a restaurant to eat until 1pm .Came back same gentleman checked me in and I was not offered a complimentary gift bag and they had plenty fixed ..so much for customer service…"

"We are over 70 and we did not have a bathroom in our room. I may have read this, but I don’t recall reading it. We would not have rented this room if I’d known it didn’t have a bathroom in the room. Luckily, the room we would have shared the bathroom with was not occupied, but we still had to go out of our room, utilize the bathroom. "Just a wierd situation. More rooms at this location are for temporary permanent residents than are available for over night stays. Those folks were outside socializing and making noise til well after midnight. Children were out running and screaming playing tag and hide & seek til close to midnight. At check in the lady did not speak english. She dialed up some guy who walked me through hiw to check in using all these machines set out on the desk and then he talked to the woman in Hindu giving...

"We had a wonderful stay at Washington Street Quarters! It was well-appointed, but we especially loved the "small town" character! We were passing through, but this made our stay so much more interesting than a standard hotel room!"

"Me and my husband stayed for a night and over all can’t complain for the pricing. The check in lady was very kind and helpful but the power outage caused the key cards not to work. She had to let us in every time but was there till 11pm and told us to call if we needed in after that she lived close. It wasn’t her fault but the doors DO lock behind you still giving you safety. We had a no smoking room with ashes in the floor and smelt like cigarettes. "
