Villa Elvissa is a chic five bedroom family villa in the quiet neighbourhood of Bonaire near Alcudia 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Villa with a Private Swimming Pool, WiFi, and only a short walk from the Bonaire Marina, sleeps a maximum of 10 people.Villa Elvissa is located in the exclusive residential area of Bonaire and close to beaches and the charming marina, this luxury villa´s Mediterranean facade conceals a surprisingly contemporary interior, perfectly blending styles to create an ideal holiday home. As well as looking fantastic this recently renovated villa is equipped to meet all your comfort and convenience needs.This detached villa offers a generous living area and is set within lawned gardens, plenty of outdoor space and possesses an all-important swimming pool.Upon entering the property´s front gate, a pretty pathway leads you up to stone faced villa with a covered front terrace, while to your left is the private driveway where you can park your car in the shade.The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms, cleanly decorated in white, each containing twin beds and desk areas, perfect for using your computer or reading. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms making this area ideal for large families. For the budding chef, there is a wonderful state of the art fitted kitchen with service area where you will find all modern conveniences, this leads into a stylish dining room containing a large table and comfortable balloon backed dining chairs. From here, a wide archway leads you through to the first living room; bursting with character, it can double as a study and contains cosy seating, a fireplace and patio doors.In the second building which is on slightly elevated level there is a bright, spacious, tastefully furnished lounge with relaxing sofas, just right for socialising with friends and family. It features attractive wood flooring, a flat screen TV and large sliding patio doors, enjoying views of the sunny garden, bringing the outdoors in!In addition there is a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom adjoining this living area.Through the patio doors you can access the traditional style beamed, covered terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, where you can chill out on balmy summer evenings with a cocktail, while across the lawn is a separate covered barbecue area and a table, perfect for alfresco dining. There`s even a ping pong table for competitive guests to enjoy a match.To the left of the lawn and covered terrace, is an excellent bonus - the private swimming pool. Set within a paved area, equipped with sun loungers and encircled by mature trees and shrubs, the pool area and garden offers utmost privacy.On the villa´s upper level you will find the magnificent master suite. Ok

Schön gestaltete Umgebung, man ist aber etwas eingekesselt mit all den Pflanzen rundum, was schade ist, denn auf der anderen Seite wär eigentlich das Meer in Sicht. Problembehebung hätten wir uns unkomplizierter gewünscht. Poolheizung ist völlig überteuert, da billig mit Oel geheizt wird. Aber alles in allem a nice place to be.
