"Alles in allen ist das Hotel Top, Personal von der Rezeption, Restaurant bis zum Zimmerservice, alles Makelos und Super!!! Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurant, hatte 3 Mal Abend für 18 EURO gegessen, gute Auswahl bis hin zu den Bars, alles Perfekt. Das Hotel kann ich nur bestens Empfehlen."

"We had a very good stay at the Mercure Benidorm Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, which was a lovely touch and made us feel immediately at home. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything was well organized. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall everything was nice and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others."

"Just had a lovely 3 night stay in room 4. A very easy 20 minute ride from the airport and easy to find. The tram is literally 2 minutes away and the beautiful beach is only 3 or 4 minutes walk. We found a nice nearby bakery and shop within a 5 minute walk. We didn't try local restaurants as we ate in Alicante. The bed is very very comfortable, the air con and TV both excellent. A basic breakfast is provided which is a nice touch. The manager was very responsive in the event of any questions....
