"This property is a scam. I turned up at the property and the security person said that the flat number did not exist. The vendor also charged me £650 deposit and tried to deduct it daily for next next 4 days. I got my credit card company to refund it and put a merchant block on this.
Expedia support was very slow, robotic support agents with prepared scripts on repeat. Only decent thing was they gave me some cash key as compensation. Overall, a terrible and stressful experience"

"The hotel was very clean and rooms were lovely. Breakfast was excellent also.
The partial sea view really is ‘partial’ which was a little disappointing but otherwise the hotel is excellent."
