"Booked Troia Design Hotel for 2 nights, the hotel property is gorgeous, (aside from mildly challenging to find the entrance). Room was quiet, nicely finished, with a great bathroom/shower. Air conditioning works as intended (important in Portugal in July) staff was helpful. Highly recommend the Blue & Green Design Hotel in Troia!"

The area has garbage in the area across from the hotel and in the sidewalks/roads surrounding the hotel. Parking was difficult to find at the hotel and surrounding area. The hotel should have more parking area."

"Super schönes Zimmer, personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Ich war vor dem Check-in da und konnte mein Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben und die Stadt schonmal erkunden, mir wurde auch angeboten die Toiletten zu nutzen und mich umzuziehen.
Ich habe vom personal dann eine Benachrichtigung bekommen sobald mein Zimmer fertig war.

The convento was easy to get to from Santa Apolónia Train Station with a Bolt car pick-up, and centrally located for exploring the city on foot after that. We loved that our room was super clean, air conditioned, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Alfama (our room faced the inner courtyard). The bed was firm but comfortable, though the sheets and pillows could have been softer/better...
