This hotel was under renovation at the time of my visit. Check in took about 10 min. Once we got into our room we noticed the trash was not taken out from the previous guest. The bathroom had dead cockroaches on the floor. We told the front desk and they wanted to move us to a different room but I opted for the refund. It was disgusting and inexcusable. Don’t stay here!!

There were bugs all over the room, in the tub and on the bathroom floor, I checked in and about 30 min later, checked right back out and got a refund. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. Looked like there were a bunch of druggies staying there and there was trash all over the property. The bear statue was cute though.

We needed to stay in Albuquerque one night so I made reservation for a ground floor room at Pan American Inn & Suites After checking in on Friday, January 24, we entered the room & discovered it was not cleaned!! The worker got us into another room which looked alright We later found the bathtub was not cleaned; it had hair on the tub!! The heater did not work and it got very cold. We didn't have a restful night! On Saturday we found that we needed to stay another night so giving them the benefit of a doubt, I reserved a room at the same motel. The lamp in this room didn't work and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain! To our disappointment, we were given another uncleaned room! We couldn't open the third room which was on the second floor and there was a bad smell on that floor. We just opted to stay in that first room with the slow drain sink! We left early the next morning and was very very disappointed with this motel!! We are not staying there anymore. When we asked to be compensated for all our troubles, Melissa and Shannon said to report it to Expedia since I had booked the room through you. So now that I've presented my complaints, I'd like to be compensated for what we encountered at this particular motel!! Thank you for your consideration.

Stay Away From Here

I reserved two suites. Both smelled horrible. One heater refused to work. One suite had no couch in the room. Even though they advertise hot breakfast on the site and large illuminated sign on the property, they do not. No sheets for the one suite that had a couch. It was a very bad experience and I won’t stay here ever again.

Front desk requested $100.00 cash deposit. No ATM avaliable so decided to leave. This was once a quality inn and was one of the nicest places to stay. What happen?? Been downhill for a while now. SIGN on door days no breakfast.

Plaster falling down from water damage. Doors not working. Bed with valleys where too many people slept on it through the years. No hair dryer. TV was very old with a dark picture. Advertised breakfast but a hand written sign that said NO BREAKFAST sorry.

It must be new management and they are trying to get things fixed up. There were many things that needed to be fixed or were not working correctly. I think when they get it all fixed up and functioning as it should, it will be a nice property, but right now it is clean and the staff was accommodating, but it may take a few weeks to get up to par.

The property was 'undergoing renovation' when we showed up (10/4). Staff was mostly accommodating, but there were notices on the property starting that Continental breakfast was no longer being served (as of about 2 months after we booked our stay and 2 months before our arrival). We were not notified of this before we arrived, but decided to stay anyway since we were not going to be there during breakfast hours - until the AC stopped working. We checked out after two days.

Shower does not work, no stopper in the bath tub that needs refinishing. Was not able to take shower nor bath. Had to use cup to pour water over body. No tea bags nor sugar and cream. Breakfast was not available. I should get a partial refund for this stay. Please let the management of this hotel know about this.

Do not stay here. No air conditioning. No WiFi. Almost everything is in disrepair or falling apart. They're too cheap to even light up the sign, making it impossible to find after dark. Old furniture is piled up in the parking lot. The staff are doing the best they can under very difficult circumstances.

Needs to close until renovation done

No breakfast as advertised No A/C Pool and Hot Tub out of commission No Hot Water Half of the place seems abandoned with lights off Clearly a case of greedy or desperate management who are unwilling to close the place down and do the necessary renovations. The A/C at this hotel has been not working for literal months.
