"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "I rarely write any reviews, but this hotel deserves my attention and time. The hotel is sparkling clean, very quiet - no noise. The service was excellent, changing our sheets every day and cleaning our bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant with great food and dissent prices and they serve up to midnight. It has a free parking too. The location is little bit further from Valencia but it was worth driving 20 minutes and sleep in a quiet and clean room. I paid $80 per night with taxes and everything...
