The best experience in Portugal! Friendly and acknowledged staff, the hotel’s facilities are great. We also loved the location, ocean front. Cuddles to the breakfast crew, great selections of food. Thanks for all the accommodations, communication and friendly welcoming!

The service was incredible, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on. Location and people couldn’t be beat, so hopefully they solve the mattress problem.

The staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The property was very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job. Breakfast was amazing, the hotel is very close to the beach, and everything felt well thought out and practical. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying here. The only downside was the airport transfer information. We originally chose the hotel partly because it was explicitly stated that an on-demand transfer to Faro Airport was available, with a price of around €45. In reality, the hotel does not operate its own transfer service and can only call a regular taxi, which would have cost us more than €60. Thankfully, the reception staff were very helpful and suggested booking a scheduled Uber instead, which worked perfectly and cost us only €28.

The hotel was very clean and was located on the beach. It was a short walk to old town where there were tons of restaurants, shopping, and bars. We had breakfast included, and there were a good variety of choices. There also was a restaurant and bar located on the third floor that had a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. My son left his retainers at the property and we called and they weren’t able to find them. They contacted me via email a couple days later stating they found the retainers. I was very thankful they did this. They are going to mail them back to me. I would highly recommend this hotel as it had everything you could want for a beachfront hotel.

Lovely modern and stylish hotel, ideally located a short walk from the old town in Albufeira. Free parking another bonus. Lovely sea view from our room. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned daily which is rare since Covid. We asked for a kettle for our room which annoyingly didn’t turn up until the second day (we only stayed for two nights) but not a huge issue. The steps to a lovely beach with sunbeds and bars was a real bonus as it saved us trudging into town. We didn’t try the restaurant but the breakfast wasn’t great. The indoor pool looked really nice but, like many hotels abroad, a swimming hat was required - who seriously wears a hat when having a dip in the pool on a warm day!? Would definitely return and highly recommend.
