This 3-bedroom property offers a private pool and stunning countryside views.With 3 bedrooms (2 with single beds and 1 with a double bed), all with private bathrooms, the villa also includes a service bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher, and provides access to a terrace with an outdoor dining area and traditional barbecue.The living/dining room, with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, and free Wi-Fi, leads to the pool area, where you can relax and enjoy rural views. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and grassy areas, perfect for children. There is also an outdoor dining table.The villa is a 5-minute drive from Guia, with typical restaurants, and 10 minutes from Albufeira. Other beaches and attractions, such as Salgados Golf Course, are a short distance away.Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests.From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
