If you’re in a hurry, think twice about heading to breakfast, as the service is slow and you have to wait for the staff to serve you—there’s no self-service option. Additionally, the staff, while formal, lacked a warm and welcoming demeanor. Many seemed uncomfortable with English, and I rarely saw a smile, which detracted from the hospitality experience.
