Amazing sea views which can be enjoyed from the perfectly furnished terrace are the highlight of Villa Sunset. With comfortable seating and a brick built BBQ you have everything you need to spend relaxing days and evenings taking in the vista. The ultra-modern open plan living area is located on the upper floor which is accessed from the street level having patio doors across the width of the villa to maximise the stunning views.

Baby friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. The next couple or separately has an extra cost of 5€ per day.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
