"This room was not cleaned. The tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so we couldn’t take showers. There was a large white drip stain on the bed skirt, there was hair all over the bathroom floor so it hadn’t been swept, and lastly there appeared to be a dropping of some sort in the corner by the window! We barely slept it felt so dirty in the room. Not to mention outside of the room. The carpeting is very in need of cleaning (not just vacuum). There is so much more I could say but I really urge upper management to take a look at the condition of this hotel for public safety reasons. And I really feel duped by the reviews on Expedia. They can’t be real. The condition of that room was awful, no exaggeration."

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room with an easy check-in process. It was close and an easy drive to the White Sands NP. Beds were too soft for us, but the rooms were clean and the shower pressure was impressive (no sand left on a body), hvac worked well. Perfect for our needs and quick stay. We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered or the pool so I can not speak to them."

8/10 Good

"This is a great place to stay when visiting White Sands National Park. After a day of hiking etc u can come back to the hotel, park the car and walk to the restaurants nearby for dinner. If possible a putting in an outdoor pool would make this stay even better. It is so hot in New Mexico and not much to do in the area so taking a swim would really be nice."
