Hotel was nice and clean. Pool was nicely heated for laps, and food in restaurants were good. The only problem was getting towels and face cloths for the room. A number of times the room was cleaned but no towels were provided, and had to go look to get some. Only once did we get face cloths on the first day, and never again.

Radisson Blu Al Ail

It was a family friendly resort with several great choices for meals. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the food was tasty and fresh. The fitness facilities were excellent and there was something for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and happy to meet your every need.

Overall a great stay. Exterior looked a little weathered, but inside was bright, clean, and modern. My room with balcony appeared fresh, spacious, clean, and good lighting. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet had good variety and choices.
