C'est avec beaucoup de chaleur et d'amitié que Noël nous a accueillis chez lui. Nous y avons passé un séjour formidable et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Son gîte est spacieux, bien équipé et est extrêmement bien situé sur la route des sanguinaires. La vue mer et la petite crique située à 50 mètres de l'autre côté de la route sont autant d'atouts indéniables. Nous vous recommandons évidemment cette superbe destination !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans une maison charmante, idéalement placée et confortable qui bénéficie d’une vue imprenable sur la baie d’Ajaccio. Un total dépaysement ! M. Pantalacci a été extrêmement accueillant et sympathique. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir.

Excellente situation proche de la mer.et d'une très belle plage à 1,5 lm. Logement indépendant spacieux et très bien équipé. Terrasse extérieur très agréable. Seul petit problème une odeur de moisissures quand on entre, causée par des infiltrations d'eau du toit..semble t il. Propriétaire charmant et très accueillant. Alain et Elyane

Haus und Platz sind durchaus großzügig; aber einige Dinge sind nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich...; die Sicht zum Meer ist sehr schön; vor dem Haus (unterhalb des Anwesens) liegt aber die Hauptstraße an der auch das Auto geparkt wird und über die man einen kleinen, eher felsigen Strand erreicht; Spaziergänge vom Haus aus erfolgen auf dieser Straße; die Busanbindung nach Ajaccio ist hervorragend! Haben den Aufenthalt aber insgesamt genossen!

Wir waren Ende Juni für 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Zusammenfassend war es eine fantastische Ferienwoche mit unseren drei Kindern (9, 7 und 3 Jahre). Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Der Meerblick ist fantastisch und ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Dazwischen liegt eine recht viel befahrene Straße, die man zwar nicht direkt sieht, aber hört. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war umfassend, aber nicht durchgehend qualitativ hochwertig. Schade war v.a., dass die Terrasse aufgrund Plastikmöbel und Rasensprenger nicht so einladend war wie sie bei dem Ausblick sein könnte. Nicht überzubewerten aber als Hinweis gedacht: Verkehrstechnisch ist die Lage nicht optimal, wenn man Ausflüge rund um Ajaccio plant - man muss einmal quer durch die Stadt. Ansonsten gibt es an diesem Nord-Zipfel der Stadt nach ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt einen wunderbaren und weitestgehend leeren und großen Strand (Capo di Feno, ebenfalls Tipp vom Vermieter).

Maison de vacances charmante dans un cadre magnifique. Il ne manque absolument rien dans les équipements de la maison. Avantage appréciable : deux salles de bain. Propriétaire discret et cultivé. Logement situé dans un quartier calme par rapport à l'agitation et à la circulation démentielle d'Ajaccio. Paysages sauvages fabuleux à l'intérieur de la Corse ! Echanges sympathiques avec les insulaires !

Un logement au calme, très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Un propriétaire très sympathique, de petites attentions bien agréables à notre arrivée: une brioche, de quoi se faire café, thé ou chocolat chaud. Les photos correspondent bien à la réalité du logement, que de bonnes surprises pour ce séjour en octobre 2017. Nous étions 7 et l'équipement du logement permet aisément de se sentir bien, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis "serrés" du tout. Une première découverte de la Corse qui nous donne envie d'y revenir très bientôt. Merci pour votre accueil M Pantalacci.

Les grands atouts de cette propriété sont la proximité de la plage (on y est en 2 minutes) et la vue sur la mer quand on est sur la terrasse. La maison est belle, moderne, lumineuse, fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire tres aimable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour (4 adultes pour 2 semaines) les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue mer imprenable. Maison propre, bien équipée et spacieuse (nous étions un groupe de 5 personnes). Très belle vue! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. Plages et terrain de pétanque à deux pas de la location (rue à traverser). Le ménage est fait à notre départ. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Nous étions 2 couples sans enfants et avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison. Elle est idéalement située: face à la mer, à 5 minutes en voiture ou en bus du centre d'Ajaccio. De plus, on peut stationner très facilement devant la maison. Pour une famille avec des enfants, il y a une très belle petite plage à 50 mètres. La maison est très propre et bien équipée, spacieuse avec de grands placards dans le couloir. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, qui habitent juste à côté et ont été de très bon conseil pour les visites. Cependant la maison est parfaitement indépendante malgré la proximité, grâce à un grand jardin très agréable. Pour un premier séjour en Corse, Ajaccio est parfaitement située car centrale par rapport aux lieux touristiques à visiter absolument (Piana et Porto, Bonifacio, Corte notamment). Bref, une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés!
