"سهوله الموقع وفخامة المكان ومطعم بموصفات عالمية وفريق عمل جيد"

I lost our passports and they helped us immensely, finding a place to get new photos, printing documents from the US Embassy and scheduling transportation. "i have always stayed and selected this hotel for more than 7 years , at least twice a year. But this time, it was different. the hotel is understaffed and not responding as they used to do before. In addition, AC everywhere in the hotel is intentionally not being turned on for saving purpose. in conclusion, I hope this situation will be solved soon !."

"Nice hotel, but it gets pretty noise because of the main street."
