The staff were welcoming, the restaurant served delicious food, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. "Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences. "My wife and I really loved Simos hotel - the location is perfect, just a few moments walk from the water, great restaurants, and cafes. It was extremely quiet and clean, the AC unit worked really well, and was also very quiet, which is unusual and a big bonus. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us where we needed advice. If we ever go back to the area (and I'm fairly certain we will), I would definitely stay there again."
