"Property is clean but it needs some maintenance specially with the linens and towels. The smell from the bathroom sewer is a little uncomfortable. But it was ok. Food from the hotel is amazing though. Cudos to the chef."
"5 Stars – Exceptional Service, We'll Definitely Return!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the service truly stood out from start to finish. My wife and I arrived on separate late flights, and things got off to a rough start when she fell on the aircraft stairs. Despite the chaos of our arrival, the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful — they immediately sent up ice for her without even being asked, and helped carry our bags to the room.
I didn't check in until after 3am, and the team still arranged a late checkout for us the next day so we could get some proper rest. When we ended up sleeping through breakfast, reception went above and beyond and put together a takeaway breakfast box for us — filled with delicious homemade pastries.
Every interaction with the staff felt genuinely caring, not just professional. It's rare to find a hotel that goes so far out of its way to look after guests. Highly recommend, and we'll absolutely be back"
"My partner and I stayed here for three nights in late June, between visits to Corfu and Zagori, and were very happy with our choice.
Built in 1998, the hotel has the feel of a classic mountain resort. While some reviews describe it as “dated,” that really only applied to our room. The rest of the property felt traditionally styled, well maintained, and very inviting.
Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the lake. The bathroom is due for an update, particularly the tub and half-wall shower, which left the floor wet after every use.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a bright dining room and a wide selection of hot and cold items.
We were initially concerned that the hotel’s conference centre might make it feel like a business hotel, but that wasn’t the case at all. The large pool area, with plenty of loungers, umbrellas, a bar, and beautifully maintained landscaping, was a highlight of our stay. Although the pool was busy when we arrived on Sunday, the staff did an outstanding job ensuring guests could find available loungers by promptly removing abandoned towels.
The hotel is about a 12 to 15-minute walk from the restaurants and bars in the city centre, making it close enough for convenience while remaining peaceful. We’d happily stay here again."
"So ive stay here before in September 2025. Overall a beautiful hotel and in general the staff are polite. The chambermaids and maintenance man were especially nice and friendly. Sunday morning breakfast there was one rude woman serving the cook as you want part. However its a good base for what I needed during my stay. If I returned I would stay again"
"Very attentive and pleasant staff. The breakfast was incredible. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quick 10 min walk into the heart of Metsovo gives you a chance to see an old, northern Greece mountain village. 10/10 visit to Metsovo and would do it again."
