"Staff very unfriendly at front desk. Lack of knowledge. My wife was at the front desk late evening and the agent took a long time to check in . Asked two times the ID . From a chain like Hilton we are expecting a better customer service "

"Loved the efficiently designed and comfortable room, especially the window wall on one side of the huge bed. And really loved the common area/living room with high quality food available 24/7, a fun vibe where it was possible to get serious work done comfortably, and friendly staff. The innovations embodied in this hotel concept are truly thoughtful and welcome."

"Nice room. Bathroom down the hall is different but ok. Bathrooms need better cleaning between use. They don’t empty the trash which sometime smells "

"Pluses - Great location to area colleges. Rooms are nice, , roomy, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. So-so - My TV remote did not work. Heat/AC medium fan setting did not work. May be specific to my room Minuses - On-site parking lot is tight. Definitely get there before 9:00pm to ensure a good spot. Complimentary breakfast is not good. No warm food, no bagels, no fruit, very limited number of pastries, most of which were gone 45 minutes after breakfast started. Was plenty of white bread and cheese though, if that is what you like."

"If you are even considering a stay near Fenway, this should be your absolute top choice. Super cool hotel with a rock and roll vibe and incredible staff. Close to everything...like 3 minutes to Fenway Park. Heated pool, great breakfast. Awesome value."

"Super helpful and friendly staff, nice room, great location for Fenway. Walkable location for restaurants too. Lobby smelled fantastic and valet for car was really easy. Overall great experience."
