"Pool was completely out of order for the entire 5 day stay with algae. Room didn’t get cleaned or restocked. Coffee was literally cold and the breakfast was mediocre at best. If you have kids and planning on using the pool, find a different place to stay. "

"After reading the reviews, I had a higher expectation for this motel. Yes, it was lower cost, but I think there is confusion on this place. The first impression was seedy and sketchy with the people hanging out outside the rooms and in the parking lot. It gave an unsafe feel. Next was the smell in the room. AC on the wall was off so that didn't help. AC did turn on and cooled the room to temp set. I immediately turned on a flashlight to look for bugs behind mattress and around the room. Saw none or would have left. Stayed the night and saw a couple of dead cockroaches the next day. Then the live ones came so this is a never stay again place for us! Gross and very low tier place. "

"Please do not stay here I book this location on March 16 2026 for my daughter I spoke to Nicole when I arrived the location I took videos the cleaning guy was near finished the house had a bad odor the pool had bugs n very dirty the bed had old sheets on them make a long story short the owner promise to refund me but lied n said she did so I have to go through my bank to file a Despute I promise this home not worth a 100 n it do not look like the pictures."

"Perfect Howes. Perfect location. Exactly as described. The pool is unheated so it was too cold for us to use. But everything else worked. Jacuzzi was great arcade games were great plenty of room in space everything was clean. I would end location was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"What a fun Vrbo! The pool is really nice. You can tell it's very new and well taken care of. The heated pool was prefect for the kids and the adults enjoyed the nice hot tub. All the games are fun touch too. We really liked the air hokey and basketball games. The darts were mostly bent/broken which was a bummer, there were no foosballs for the foosball table, and no basketball for the pool basketball game, but these are minor details! The couches and beds were comfy and the host, Henry, had really thought of everything. The house was well appointed and labeled. We loved all the towels and blankets. This locations was great for an event we had at the Hurst Conference Center and we loved being close to the event and our favorite restaurant in the area, Nikki's Italian Bistro. Oh! Henry also let's you park inside the garage and provides you with clickers to take while you're staying to make things super convenient. It's these kinds of details that make you feel glad you picked this spot! I bet Henry will replace the missing/damaged game pieces and I would suggest he also add a full sized mirror somewhere in the house so guests can check out their outfits, but I'd stay here again even if he doesn't! Finally, the neighborhood felt nice, quiet, and safe and the check out procedures were not onerous. "
