Modern, brand new and spacious one-bedroom apartment centrally located in the northwestern Adelaide suburb of Semaphore; clean, quiet and tidy unit equipped with functional kitchen appliances and utensils; no fuzz and straightforward self check-in and self check-out with clear guidance by the host Emmanuel; suggesting to match the contemporary design and “newness” of the property with brand new bed linens and towels; thank you for the upgrade from executive studio to urban one-bedroom in a brand new complex; I recommend this property highly for cleanliness and modern design!

The apartment it self was good, apart from the bathroom door wouldn’t close so we had to put a towel behind door .. not enough towels ! No face washer ! Only 2 pillows and they were hard ! I found the bed uncomfortable ! It could do with a rug in the lounge room area as the floors are cold !! Location amazing 😊 price not too bad

A quick trip for work at the Osborne Naval grounds. Seriously, this complex is a hidden gem in the Port Adelaide area. Brand new, all facilities, plenty of shops, even a cafe and chicken shop next door. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay but what a day we moved out of the the Quest at Mawson Lakes because the air conditioner wasn't working and the shower drain was blocking. These are brand new apartments in a convenient area but we were met with the same problem the air conditioner in the kitchen/dinning area didn't work properly and if you had the shower on as fast as would go the drain would keep up and overflow. We did have someone try and fix the air con but with no success we just stayed in the bedroom whilst at the apartment as it was 40 plus on all 3 days. Don't get me wrong great spot and everything was clean and new would stay again just not in that room.

Lovely Apartment. Very secure. Need your fob to enter the building, also the lift, and into your room. Weather wasn't great, but the apartment was cosy and very comfortable. Asked and got an early check-in. Much appreciated. Thank you

I liked staying at Splash. It has everything needed to enjoy your stay. The only thing needed is more water pressure. You cannot run two taps at once and the hot water cylinder must be a long way from room 203 as it takes some time for hot water reach the tap which is a waste of power. I would still recommend Splash Apartments. Thanks

I stayed at the ‘Standard Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony, Beach View’ for 4nights, the stay was nice and pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and clean; quiet to stay; bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. All the televisions had netflex, youtube, and amazon installed, so there are plenty of tv shows to watch at night. The only drawback would be not being able to see the beach from the balcony although it claims itself to be a ‘beach view ‘ unit. It may be due to the fact that the unti I stayed at was on the 1st floor
