Located in the centre of Port Adelaide, this new 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for a work trip or quality holiday accommodation.
Fully furnished, dedicated work space, Wifi, air conditioning, parking, smart TV and stylish interior design.
This apartment is bright and airy, with a private outdoor patio with dining for 4, and a secure gate to the entrance.
Fully fitted out with all you need during your stay from coffee machine to washing machine, towels, linen and pillows.
Stay at the Jewel
This is a newly constructed, 2022, 1 bedroom apartment with parking and a front patio. This is a ground floor apartment, but is set above the ground level with several steps up to the patio and private entrance.
Stylish interior design compliments this new architecturally designed building just moments from the waterfront at Port Adelaide.
The lounge area has a dedicated work space and a sofa bed. The dining table suits 4 people. In addition the kitchen is fully fitted with all you need to cater including coffee machine.
Everything is new in the property, with stainless steel AEG appliances, washer dryer and a toaster that cooks a boiled egg!!
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in robes and large bright windows.
Main bathroom is stylishly finished with shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
The car parking is open air in a dedicated space beside the apartment building.
Self check in with a lockbox. So arrive at your leisure anytime after 3:00 PM.
With character-laden streets awash with street art, cobbled laneways, heritage architecture and beautifully preserved 19th century warehouses, this up and coming historic port town has really come into its own.
Steeped in rich maritime history, now you’ll find trendy restaurants and cool watering holes popping up all over Port Adelaide to soak in the atmospheric wharf vibes.
Only 25 minutes from Adelaide, tuck into tacos at La Popular Taqueria or gourmet hotdogs from The Saucy Sailor before washing it all down with a few brews from Pirate Life Brewing.
Home to the National Railway Museum and the South Australian Maritime Museum, Port Adelaide is a mecca for history buffs too.
Looking for adventure? Glide along the glassy waters of the Port River, exploring the famous ships graveyard before meeting the local dolphins or take a trip on the historic One and All sailing ship. .

There is strictly no-smoking or vaping on the property.
Alcohol must be consumed mindfully and responsibly.
No illicit substances are permitted on the property.
BREAKAGES
If you notice or create any breakages, please contact us so we can address this. Accidents will be accounted for. However, any breakages due to inappropriate behaviour will be billed to you.
NOISE LEVELS
Quiet hours are from 10 pm-8 am on weekdays and 12 am-8 am on weekends. Please have all music and loud activities turned down during these periods. Parties and offensive behaviour is also prohibited. Any evidence or complaint about this behaviour will put an immediate end to your stay.
NO PETS
No pets are permitted
EXCESS CLEANING
Please clean any dishes and put rubbish in the bin area.
Excess cleaning is charged at $50 per hour.
LATE CHECK OUT
Check out is at 10:00 AM.
If the cleaners arrives and you have not checked out you will be charged $50 per hour as the cleaners still need to be paid.
