The Mareverde complex is in the exclusive area of ​​Torviscas Bajo, a few steps from the center of Playa de Las Américas and a 10-minute walk from the beach. The apartment is easily accessible from Tenerife South airport, approximately 20 minutes by taxi.

Misled with property

The property was NOT the property that we booked. We were very disappointed. There was no reception so no way of making contact. The apartment we chose was very modern with views of the pool and the apartment we got was very dated and was situated on a main road. We loved Adeje and will be going back but we will be booking elsewhere.

alles was voorhanden in het appartement, mooi keukenblok nadeel dat de tuin uitgaf naar een drukke straat de zetel lijkt me niet comfortabel mocht je er gebruik van maken om bv TV te kijken in de mail werd vermeld dat de sleutel te vinden was in C Guatemala 2 en dat dit niet ver van het appartement was, niets daarvan klopte, gelukkig dat ik Spaans praat , een behulpzame taxichauffeur had en de plaatselijke kapster ons de 'kastjes' aan de muur verderop aanwees; Mareverde is dan nog veel verder en hogerop !

Property Mere Verde

When you arrive you have to collect key from a key box 35 minutes away or 10 mins in taxi. They illustrate this as a short walk from the apartment. When we entered the apartment we were shocked the apartment was nothing like illustrations in the pics as advertised, it shows wardrobe at the bottom of the bed, it’s not it’s along side of the bed you can just about open the wardrobe doors bedroom has been made 5foot smaller as you can see on lounge floor ie the new tiles. We plugged in the kettle this blew all the fuses, we asked for a new kettle this took over 1 week when it arrived it was a used one but it worked. We then went for a shower only to find the hot water was barely Luke warm they tried to fix it after 2 weeks still no hot water. We asked to move but they said they had nothing. We did some washing this flooded out all over the floor 2 days later the came and sorted it we run water in the sink this also flooded. The advertisement says free Wi Fi there is no Wi Fi In this apartment the agent told us after many calls they eventually gave us a hub. Garden shows to lovely sun beds these were so dirty we didn’t us them the garden was also filthy dirty. Bathroom was as illustrated.Eventually they moved us after 13 nights but out of area to los Cristianos for our last 6 days this property was how a property should be.The complex is really good we met some people and they. offered us to use their shower. I needed to write this review because we didn’t want any body going on a lovely holiday to be totally disappointed as we were.

Mare Verde Stay.

In general our overall experience was good but there were a few finer details I feel were missed in the apartment which prevented it from being a great one, all of which I have listed below. 1. While internally the apartment was absolutely spotless, externally particularly the garden was absolutely filthy. 2. The sunbeds were absolutely black with the dirt, filthy, so much so that you could not lie on them. Also there were no cushions which were illustrated in pictures. 3. There were no cleaning materials, i.e. sprays, cleansers, etc. which would have allowed us clean ourselves. 4. Because the base or grill was missing from the barbecue, we could no not have barbeque. 5. The furniture particular again outside was a collection of old bits, no uniformity. Finally the complex itself is absolutely beautiful and spot on, location facilities, etc. I would recommend for anyone, again just finer details let the apartment down. G.
