Staff Including security are extremely polite presented as caring they are very friendly and willing to help the kitchen/restaurant staff went out their way to accommodate me eating plant based . Meals can be served late into the evening which is handy.Although clean some furniture in my second room the wood was damaged .I ended up injuring my leg on the edge of the bed there was no band aid Room cleaned Dailey if requested . water provided WiFi in room was generally good. Room could do with being painted .First room given had black mould on walls I was moved to a different room without any difficulty. Lots of shops bank ATM night clubs and restaurant's nearby . The lift stop working for a number of hours on one day which was very inconvenient as I was on 7th floor. It would have been helpful to have a list maybe in a brochure of activities and places to visit nearby . I had a good experience and was made to feel welcomed I would want my name/details to be confidential
