"My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The elevator felt shaky and smelled like marijuana and urine, and the hallways had a sewage odor. The room had stains on the couch and walls, and the bathroom did not seem properly cleaned. The pool was closed during our stay, which was frustrating. The breakfast was okay, but the biggest issue was the front desk staff. An older woman and older man working the desk were rude and unwelcoming. "We had to switched a room (had 2).2xs. 1st one had bugs everywhere stepped on 1 and blood came out!!!!(probably tics) and air conditioning did not function. 2nd room change sheets were dirty!!!! Never staying again. This was our 2nd stay, 1st one was ok. Very gross"
