Ok, recommandable.

The breakfast is a delicious buffet, with a panoramic view on a terrasse. There were no cold water. We waited 1 hour for showering. When it came, the water was brown for a moment. There were not enough bed sheets for 4 adults. There was a smell of smoke cigarette in the bathroom. The lobby smell good and is clean.

One day, my family and I decided to spend a fun vacation in a city, so I booked a room at a local hotel for one night. We arrived at the hotel late at night, and as soon as we arrived, I checked in at the reception to confirm the reservation. However, to my dismay, there was no reservation found under my name. After that, I was asked to wait for a few minutes for further verification, and finally, the reservation was found, and we were handed room keys. But the surprises didn't end there; when we entered the room, the big shock was finding that the room only had two beds and two pillows, despite booking a room for three people. Additionally, the room was in a terrible condition, with food remnants and dirt everywhere, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. We were faced with more frustration when I received a late-night phone call from the receptionist asking for confirmation of our arrival and the expected hour of arrival, while I was already in the room asleep. After such an experience, I contacted the management to express my dissatisfaction and requested compensation for this disappointing experience, but unfortunately, no compensation was offered. Honestly, this experience was extremely bad, and I feel greatly disappointed by the lack of any compensation or apology from the hotel.

This hotel is highly recommended where you can enjoy breakfast with a view. It is near stone bridge, adana old bazar and historic buildings of adana. Once you go the bazar , you should try adana kebab. Also from there you can go to cukorova which is 20 min away by car. The hotel is nice and the staff are so friendly and helpful especially the female whose name is Seda Gulen whom you find at the reception.

The hotel was comfy and wifi is available in all the property floors and there's tv, and air conditioner in the rooms. The breakfast was very rich with a variety of dishes, and the breakfast room has a beautiful view of Adana showing the Stone Bridge & Merkez Mosque. The staff are friendly but they didn't talk English so we were communicating via google translate. The property is near Taskupro bus station which you can take to get to the Mall, Train station and Seyhan Lake. Also, it is near the Stone Bridge and Merkez Mosque

Poor hygien and not clean hotel

The rooms were not clean.. Existing hair on the pillow which was smelling bad. The bathroom shower section was neither clean.. I would not recommend the hotel

Great hotel, specially shower and breakfast

My family stayed in a room and everything was great. The bathroom was very good, shower had very good pressure, well built and isolated, and even the shampoo/gel were acceptable quality. The location is amazing, and they have a great view to the mosque and the bridge from the breakfast (which is also very good and diverse) area in the top of the hotel. I saw some bad comments about cleanliness and bathrooms, and can only assume that these things were fixed. The room itself had some tiny maintenance issues (the card holder needed a paper wedge to properly turn on the light, no batteries in one of the AC remotes, and only 1 remote for 2 TVs, and some screws on the bed were not very well tightened) but they were really small things that should get fixed. The hotel staff were also always impecably polite and helpful in every way.

Wir kamen spät in der Nacht an und alles lief problemlos , die Rezeption hat sich auch gerne um die Autos und das parken gekümmert. Der Parkplatz wurde auch video überwacht. Wir waren mehr als begeistert Vom Zimmer und vom Service, wir haben das so nicht erwartet und positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer sah besser aus als auf den Bildern! Frühstück war auch wirklich toll und 5 Sterne Niveau. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer sowie vom Restaurant war einfach klasse. Dusche , jakuzi und Bett alles einfach nur klasse. Und zum Geburtstag meiner Frau fragte ich nach ner dekoration für dad Zimmer, was problemlos bewerkstelligt wurde und das mit Herz! Wenn immer wir wieder in adana sein sollten , kommen wir definitiv hier hin zurück. Top top top! Danke für alles!
