Crete Golf Club Hotel

"The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! It is truly a beautiful resort with breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly and the food was excellent. The staff worked with me to accommodate my group and organize prepayment so that everyone could check in seamlessly. They were even willing to accommodate us with a late check out since our flight left later! I wish I could have tried the golf range because it looked so fun! I appreciate all the attentiveness we received from the staff and how clean the rooms were!! I also really enjoyed how large the rooms were with Mountain View balconies! We will certainly return! I recommend anyone who is coming to Crete and looking for somewhere to stay that isn’t far from the airport and pretty central to restaurants and nightlife on the island to stay here!! The staff went above and beyond and they even organized transportation for us!!"

"The pool area is beautiful very comfortable sun loungers, pool was spotless. Reception area is lovely and the staff do their upmost to help with any request. Breakfast is really nice and food is hot! Halfboard was amazing, it was a sit down restaurant style so you could order off a menu, starter salad main course and dessert! Loved the food, again staff were amazing. Rooms could do with an update, we had a lovely upgraded room free of charge facing the pool, it was very clean but the match the overall hotel a small update would be brilliant, Overall I lived this hotel, couldn’t fault it. The local village is just a dream this is why I came back as I loved the village. I was honestly recommend this hotel."

"We only stayed one night (arriving late at night). The staff made sure there was someone there to get us checked in. It’s a smaller hotel, so there was a very personal feel to it - staff get to know your names, provide recommendations on where to visit, etc."

"Our stay at the Kalimera Village was wonderful. We arrived from a long drive and our hosts Stavros and Chrisa (and Kostas!) greeted us like family. they were so helpful and so welcoming. They even offered to leave the pool open later for us, gave us useful information for the area, directed us and helped us refine the itinerary for the visit. And before we left they gave us some amazing local tea and other treats."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property. The villa was absolutely beautiful. Manolis and Sophie were wonderful. they were so very helpful with every request. One of the best parts of our European family vacation. Definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit."

"Good spacious apartment, ours was a bit tired but work in progress. Lots of steps around resort so not really suitable for people with walking difficulties. Always free sun beds, says not to reserve but people still do, free aircon but only had hot water once in 6 days. Pool bar opens 09:00-17:00 needs to be open a bit later 10:00-18:00 maybe. All in all exceeded our expectations and great value for money, would stay again"
