While we were staying there were a few concerts at the Circus Maximus and we were able to enjoy them from one of the restaurants near the apartment. Recommend Guenda restaurant for great food and drinks just a few steps away. "

"The manager of the property was great and very friendly. Room was cleaned everyday and always left in a neat condition. We felt very safe when staying at the property. It was like a 5* place with impeccable interiors. Was initially weary when we saw some of the reviews but it was well beyond our expectations and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay here!"

"Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. They are small, but it is Venice. Walking distance to most attractions, and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING! "Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones.
