"The hotel did not have our room setup for four people, as the sleeper sofa bed was not even made. However, besides that, everything was okay. "

"Clean rooms. Check in was poor. When we arrived, no one at reception and staff at bar ingored us. Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear music from the bar. The live music went on until late, 11pm. "

"All the staff were amazing! The front staff was very friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about the area. Restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. Jenn and Jack were amazing, we asked about places to see in Belfast and they both told us about a sightseeing tours to check out the city.. Such a delightful experience. If we ever are able to return to Ireland I would definitely return to this hotel. Very highly recommended!!"

"It was okay, but didn’t really feel it lived up to the photos. The dog next door was barking nearly all the time we were there and the shower kept blocking."
