"The staff was very good, the breakfast is the kind that you eat so you don't have to spend more money outside the hotel. They did not clean my room even once, but you still paying like they did. Everyone is lowering the standards and raising the prices. "

"We had stayed here in the past and had a great ocean front room. However, this time our room was on the left side without a full view. Front desk lady said it was ocean front.The room had a smoky dirty smell and the front desk sent a an ozone machine which helped briefly. I am highly allergic to smoke and perfume orders.They offered to switch rooms but after a long day of travel, we decided to stay in that room, 1403. The bell man was very helpful and agreed that the room had an unusual smell. The carpet was dirty because when water was spilled, we cleaned it up with a white towel and it turned brown. Needless to say, our visit was not as nice as last year."

"Host never messaged back about inaccuracies of the listing (no washcloths, soap, beach towels, trash in the kitchen over flowing, fridge not clean, very low stock of utensils - and multiple other issues). Not the worst place we have ever stayed, but definitely not the best, and the host not messaging back was highly disappointing. "
