"The accommodation itself was lovely with a beautiful bathroom, the building itself needed a bit of care in places but because this is a community owned building the money is needed for other things like the rooms which have been done. I do not think this is a hotel but more a bed and breakfast as you have to pay for an evening meal in the bar/restaurant downstairs every night along with any drinks, you are unable to charge them to your room. "The room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfy, the hosts are lovely and friendly and very talkative and they offer lots of knowledge about walks and activities in wales and have leaflets avaliable with information about activities. The hosts were also very quick to help with anything that was needed. Also the breakfast was amazing and there was lots of options to choose from"

"A little bit tired: for example a very worn, saggy mattress on the bed and a shower that was adequate but no more. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs a refurb."

"Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. "
