The Frogmill
10/10 Excellent
"Loved everything about this hotel, perfect"
Warwick Castle Hotel and Knight's Village
10/10 Excellent
"Brilliant stop over and really enjoyed the theme of the hotel and rooms. Breakfast room was like a medieval banqueting hall - brilliant! Only issue I had was finding the right entrance as the post code for the sat nav does not work.....and if you arrive at night it is a little dark in the car park area. Will definitely be back with the grandson!"
Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham

The Bournbrook Inn

The Regency Hotel Solihull
8/10 Good
"Have stayed here before for a conference close by. Staff are excellent. This time my room wasn’t brilliant. Bedside light didn’t work but they quickly brought me a table lamp. Unfortunately there was a problem with the water in the morning- sink tap ran brown for a while and the shower had no hot water at all. Was just grateful I didn’t have to wash my hair. Staff apologized. Hotel was full otherwise I think they would have moved me. Unfortunately I was also told that the leisure facilities were closed by Expedia which wasn’t actually the case and was a shame I couldn’t benefit from them but there’s always next year. Overall nothing would deter me from staying here again. The evening meals in the restaurant are excellent value for money and as I’ve said the staff are lovely."

"The staff were helpful and polite. The decor was dated. The room was warm and of adequate size. The breakfast had a good choice and was well cooked."
