"Location is good for exploring the city. Location is great for access to “The Last Supper” and the Da Vinci Science Museum. Staff was friendly and attentive to our requests (speaks English). We stayed during the El Niño heat wave of 2026 and the A/C was struggling hard. We stayed on an upper floor with a balcony. It was cooler than the outside, but not quite cool enough to be relaxing. "Cute little hotel in Milan, near Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. Room was spacious and staff was super friendly. They offered a good breakfast and is also located across from a supermarket and bakery. Safe, quiet and strong AC and WiFi. Great value!"

"I had been in this hotel before, and I liked it. But this time we experienced serious problems with the room's air conditioning. It was hot, and maintenance came about 3 times, and wasn't able to fix it. They said it was hard to keep cold the whole hotel, but the windows in the corridors were kept open. If you can't keep the hotel cold, don't charge me! They offered to place a fan in the room. I don't pay for A/C to get a fan! It's not the same! We paid just to sleep in the heat"
