"جميله ونظيفه ومب ضيقة ( بالنسبه للندن) والموظفين جداً متعاونين وبشوشين ، أعطوني افطار مجاني ، المكان بعيد عن السنتر لكن بالاندرقراوند يمكن 20 إلى 25 دقيقة قريبه جدا من محطة الباصات توقف واحد بس بالباص ومشي تقريباً 15 -20 دقيقة ، إذا زرت لندن مره ثانية راح تكون من ضمن خياراتي . Nice, very clean, helpful staff, they gave me a free breakfast for 3 days, the apartment is far from the city center, but the Underground takes 20-30 minutes, when I return to London again I will make it among my options"

Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."
