"Breakfast was good it has lots of choices. Room was dissatisfied because I booked a double bed but they said it was not available eventhough it specifically requested for 2 beds. Housekeeping are great and kept the room clean. Concierge staff are not very welcoming some with attitude."

"Our room had a 400 year old painting above the bed which was amazing. However, if you turned the lights off, the air conditioning also turned off because it was all connected with extension cords. The bathroom could also use an update. The water pressure caused the shower head to not be in direct path of the shower and made showering not an exquisite experience."

"The room we stayed was spacious and quiet. It had enough storage and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, heat in the bathroom floor was a plus.
Only one of housekeepers remembered to put coffee capsules for next morning but when called reception in the am they corrected it fairly quickly.
Breakfast was plentiful but very little varied from day to day. We have stayed there for a week so having different options would be a plus.
