"Everything about this property is amazing. My second time staying here. Beautiful building, great location, the rooms are very spacious, amenities are wonderful (rooftop pool/hot tub, the gym, breakfast in the library), and the service across the board in every department is exceptional.

"Off season so the “hotel” was closed. We were staying in the “residency” in a 2 bedroom suite.
Still, at $1200/night you think they’d try. Or close completely.
They told us we needed an appointment to use the gym. We tried to make an appointment for two days by calling and emailing with no response.
Housekeeping was knocking on our door every morning before 8:30.
Everything closed. No room service. Fine, but can someone answer the phone?
