"The hotel and the bar and restaurant staff are great! However, the cleaning is mediocre, even if the rooms are cleaned twice a day. The organization regarding the arrival and departure is very limited and gets only 1 star from me"

"We had the most awesome time at the incredible island hotel. Staff were attentive and polite and went out of their way to help. Food was great, especially the fish, but the most amazing experience was snorkelling and scuba diving in the surrounding oceans. After 30 years diving some of the best in the world so make sure you spend time with Nicole and the team at the in-house dive centre!! We stayed in both water bungalow and then beach room - both awesome "
