"Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel after staying at the Hilton. Paid a lot more for this one than the Hilton and wished we had stayed there. Took ages both mornings for someone to actually seat us for breakfast and then we were forgotten twice when we asked for more tea. The hotel looked beautiful and reception staff very friendly but our room was not cleaned, our tv did not work and we had no teabags in our room, just basic things you would have thought.
