"This hotel has found a new regular guest in me. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Despite being an extremely frequent traveller, I am appalling at writing up reviews however I had to write one for this stay. Now, I have stayed at the hotel before - however I was heavily pregnant and so not able to fully make the most of my visit. This time however, I was here and ready to enjoy! The service? 5/5. The spa? 5/5. The room? 5/5. Location? 5/5. Thad a great time, and am intending to book...

"Huge hotel with lots of different bars, restaurants and facilities. Can seem a bit impersonal and no cosy areas. Outside areas are lovely. Our signature room in floor 6 was very comfortable. No furniture in the balcony was disappointing. The business lounge was nice but only coffee and 1 glass of prosecco was free. Disappointed there was no food in the evening. At breakfast just coffee and croissants. Parking garage was convenient with lift to lobby but £20 per day was steep."

"Our stay at The Ayrlington was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room was beautifully appointed with classic charm and modern comforts, and the location offered stunning views and easy access to the heart of Bath. The tranquil garden and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true escape. The only slight letdown was breakfast — while the quality was good, clearer communication from the serving staff would have made the experience even better....
