"We got upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. We stayed the night for the Marilyn Manson concert and enjoyed the pool, clubs and gambling. The staff spoiled us with snacks and turn down service. Only complaint would be the food. We weren’t aware that you need reservations for the buffet so we had to eat at the food court which was horrible. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was absolutely awful. The whole place and staff were excellent."

Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!!
