"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

The hotel has two beautiful outdoor pools: one for children with fun water slides, and a large one for adults, ideal for relaxing and swimming. "The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"Hotel was secluded away centers of activity, restaurants, shops etc. That suited us. Booked private pool area which was great. Some entertainment at night - good. Staff provided some classes during the day such as Olive tasting, really good. Some light exercise classes during the day. Variety of food - excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. Used hotel taxi a few times. Same man very helpful & loads of local information."

"The property is located well, very convenient for shopping, eating and swimming. It has a very nice pool and is right on the beach. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful! Elina was so our favorite person on this trip. She was so helpful and very friendly. We hope to visit again soon!"

"I highly recommend this villa, it is spacious and nicely furnished. The views are amazing over the hill with the sea in the background.The area is very quiet and private feeling. Even though the villa is in a rural area it is only a short drive (5 minutes) to the beach and the local village with a good supermarket and plenty of restaurants. "
