Many restaurants nearby, Gelato/bakeries with sumptuous thick hot choco steps away, main shopping is walkable, souvenir shops, Restaurants and many more. Serantes seafood restaurant.was great, 5 min walk to the left, recommended by staff. Hotel is fancy. So much better location than the old town area and very safe area. "

"Beautiful place, friendly staff, the bathroom was amazing, already booked to return. Drinks service was slow but I didn’t really care because I was in no rush. Pool not being included was a shame, so we didn’t use it and it’s €20 am hour for late checkout so we didn’t use that either but it was a really nice place right in the heart of Bilbao"
