"The hotel is luxurious with beautiful views. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The food in the Meditterrano restaurant is excellent with wonderful buffets. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because in the beginning it was very confusing how everything worked. We were on half board. "

"The property is beautiful as is the location. Everyone was attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Special recognition to Melisa at the front desk who was great! Only negative is that the mattress is too hard."

"Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open. "

Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. "We stayed only one night and I wish we were there longer. The surrounding community has so much to offer with shops, restaurants and the marina. The beach at this hotel is beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious. We did face a couple of challenges in our room where the AC did not work and the shower leaked to make the floor very wet. Otherwise the room was large and the bed was comfortable."
