"Flagged as a 5* hotel, but more like a 3* as no comparison with Eastbournes other 5* the Grand. An Impressive building on the seafront, and ok but some irritating things such as a 1900's lift! with concertina double doors that were very heavy to open/close. Fortunately the staff were alert to it and frequently helped out. Its Quaint but soon became annoying.
