"Whilst acknowledging that this is a 5-star “restaurant with rooms” and not a 5-star hotel, it is marketed as a high end accommodation but fell short. The quality of the in room coffee and hot chocolate wasn’t great (although very nice soaps in the bathroom!), and it wasn’t fun/a good start to the holiday to carry our pre-cruise suitcases through the restaurant and then up the stairs. "We stayed in a Burst of Blue Lodge with a hot tub. We had a lovely relaxed stay. The staff were brilliant. Clean enough. No instructions for the oven, microwave or dishwasher. No welcome pack left as per cleaners check list. However, we would return & would recommend the lovely site and surroundings."
