"Great location - next to Petronas Towers. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall and metro station. We stayed in a club room and the club lounge was like an oasis - lovely food and drinks with perfect views from the 24th floor. Swimming pool area was lovely - got very busy but always managed to find a sunbed. Staff were exceptional, particular the lovely man from Penang in the club lounge (sorry can’t remember his name) and the doormen. Only slight disappointment was breakfast - just...

"Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options.
Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. We will be back again and recommending to friends."

"Notre séjour a été au delà de nos attentes. Le personnel attentif et adorable, l’accueil, la propreté, la localisation : tout était parfait ! A notre arrivée on nous a proposé un upgrade à un prix intéressant pour le nouvel an chinois et ce fut un enchantement avec accès au lounge club, étage élevé et vue sur les Petronas époustouflante ! Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant sont excellents ! Je recherche vivement et j’y retournerais avec plaisir. "
