"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option...

"I booked this place for seven nights, but decided to stay at another hotel mid-week. This is a luxury apartment building that had the potential to be amazing but with poorly functioning appliances/equipment, made the stay really frustrating. For example, the wifi kept disconnecting to the point that I had to buy another SIM card. There is a new stove but you can’t cook meat/fish because it will set off the fire alarm.
